The majority of our clients transition directly from our technical engineering stage into active construction. Once the build contract is signed, we handle all critical pre-build logistics—including party wall coordination, Thames Water build-over agreements, and building control applications. This phase concludes with an on-site, pre-start briefing with your assigned site foreman.
The Master Construction Phase

A dedicated site foreman is assigned exclusively to your property to manage daily masonry and structural works. Our project managers actively oversee the build cycle to enforce high construction standards, strict timeline compliance, and fixed budget boundaries. We maintain clear communication, seamlessly coordinating our structural phases with your third-party suppliers, such as glazing or kitchen manufacturers.
Practical Handover & Certification
Total Compliance Delivery
As the physical build draws to a close, we systematically iron out any structural snags to ensure absolute execution. We compile and hand over your comprehensive asset folder—including gas and electrical safety records, manufacturer warranties, and your official building control completion certificate. Our team remains directly available for any post-handover structural checks as your property settles.
